The “culture” of a company is how it feels to work there, to be a part of that company. Some are very corporate, some are production oriented, while others concentrate on making sure each person is allowed to work in the way they perform best. As a General Contractor we are accountable for the work on our jobsites, even if we aren’t performing the work with our own two hands. RPM Partners takes the extra step to be personally accountable for the success of each and every project.
To be personally accountable, you take ownership of the situation that you’re involved in. You see them through, and you take responsibility for what happens – good or bad. We try not to place blame, but instead do our best to make things right.
At heart we are a family company and always have been. We may differ in terms of cultural, social, or other facets, but what every family has in common is that the people who call it a family are making clear that those people are important in some way to the person calling them his family. We have become a network of co-workers and friends who consider each other to be a second family, additions to our blood and legal relatives.
Our clients, members of design team, subcontractors, and vendors become part of our family too. Each person having a role in the success of a project. Helping to establish a functioning team, by providing the services needed/stepping into the role that is required for the specific project. We strive to be the integral partner in the construction process that leads to the project being successful.
