RPM Partners is a General Contractor who has been working in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina since 1987. Founded as R.P. Murray with a goal to be a diversified construction company built on the principles of high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail. Since its establishment RPM Partners has built an extensive portfolio of faith based facilities, healthcare, financial, educational (K-12 and Higher Education), recreational, renovations/upfits – and much more!

1987
R.P. Murray, Inc. was founded by Richard (Rick) P Murray.
1990
R.P. Murray moved to East Mountain Street in Kernersville, where it remains to this day.
1992
R.P. Murray completed their first $1M project, Kernersville Moravian Church Sanctuary.
1993
Robert Furmage joined R.P. Murray as a Project Manager.
1995
Robert was given the opportunity to become part of the ownership team.
1996
R.P. Murray completed the first of over 90 projects to date with Moses Cone Hospital.
2002
Rick retired and Robert became the majority owner.
R.P. Murray completed their first $5M project, the Retreat Center for St. Francis Springs Prayer Center.
2012
R.P. Murray celebrated 25 years of quality construction in the Piedmont Triad.
R.P. Murray completed the first of many projects with the distinguished Greensboro Coliseum.
R.P. Murray began their longstanding relationship with the prominent Well-Springs Retirement Community.
2014
Audrey Furmage Wells and Andrew Wells joined R.P. Murray as Project Manager and head of Preconstruction.
2016
Audrey and Andrew joined the ranks of the ownership team, becoming a second-generation family company.
2017
R.P. Murray became RPM Partners.
PRM Partners became a preferred contractor for International Market Centers (High Point Furniture Market).
2018
RPM Partners completed their largest project to date with City of Winston-Salem, Fire Stations #7 & 9 for $3M.
2019
RPM Partners completed their largest project to date with Town of Kernersville, Fire Station #42 for $4.5M.
2021
Audrey became majority owner and President making RPM Partners a Women Owned Business.
