Audrey Furmage Wells

President

Audrey graduated from NC State University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and in 2009 became a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). While working for global construction management firms and general contractors in the Raleigh area, she was able to experience construction on a wide scale gaining knowledge from some of the best in the industry. In 2014 she moved back to her hometown of Kernersville to become at Project Manager with R.P. Murray.

Audrey has gained a reputation of being detail oriented and persistent, always striving to ensure the best possible product for her clients continuing the outstanding reputation of RPM Partners.

Andrew Wells

Vice President & Head of Preconstruction

Andrew graduated from NC State University in 2006 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and in 2011 became a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of North Carolina. Since graduation he has worked in all aspects of the industry from civil engineering, starting as field engineer moving up to Superintendent with a sitework contractor, and into Project Management. In 2014 he took his hands-on construction knowledge and moved into Preconstruction to help ensure that projects are estimated in a way that best meets the constructability and value of the project.

It is Andrew’s commitment to detail, unstoppable work ethic, and unsurmountable drive that has propelled RPM Partners into new market sectors.
