Audrey Furmage Wells
Audrey graduated from NC State University in 2005 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and in 2009 became a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). While working for global construction management firms and general contractors in the Raleigh area, she was able to experience construction on a wide scale gaining knowledge from some of the best in the industry. In 2014 she moved back to her hometown of Kernersville to become at Project Manager with R.P. Murray.
Audrey has gained a reputation of being detail oriented and persistent, always striving to ensure the best possible product for her clients continuing the outstanding reputation of RPM Partners.
Vice President & Head of Preconstruction
Andrew graduated from NC State University in 2006 with a degree in Construction Engineering and Management, and in 2011 became a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of North Carolina. Since graduation he has worked in all aspects of the industry from civil engineering, starting as field engineer moving up to Superintendent with a sitework contractor, and into Project Management. In 2014 he took his hands-on construction knowledge and moved into Preconstruction to help ensure that projects are estimated in a way that best meets the constructability and value of the project.
It is Andrew’s commitment to detail, unstoppable work ethic, and unsurmountable drive that has propelled RPM Partners into new market sectors.
Vice President & Business Development
After a successful start to his career working with other prominent construction companies, Scott has held a variety of management positions, ranging from Project Engineer, Senior Project Manager, to Regional Director. In 2020 the opportunity to join RPM Partners as Vice President became available and he was eager to join the family. He is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our customers, business partners, and employees.
Scott’s passion, foresight, energy, and attitude are set to continue RPM Partners’ momentum into the next step in the company’s path forward.
Robert graduated from NC State University in 1976 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After settling in Kernersville with his growing family in 1985, he joined RP Murray in 1993. Since that time, he has steered the ship through many ups and downs, making hard choices when needed and celebrating good times as often as possible.
It is Robert’s vast knowledge and ability to work through obstacles that has allowed RPM Partners to flourish over the past 20 years under his management.
