Centric Office Upfit

In 2019 Centric Brands opened an office in Greensboro and upfitted 45,000-sf on two levels in a historic building.  The renovation included installing new HVAC equipment with exposed spiral ductwork that weaves through the structural framing of the roof, exposed conduit / cable tray, refinishing the original hardwood floors on the 3rdlevel from the 1900’s, constructing offices with glass walls, creation of an MDF / IDF / server room, and a break area on each level with an open a café space.
