Christ Covenant Church Fellowship Hall

Construction of a new fellowship hall adjoining an existing sanctuary and classroom building.  The 6,200-sf space includes a residential style kitchen, the large group restrooms with custom wood toilet partitions and granite countertops, a 4,000-sf meeting space with coffered ceilings and folding partitions to segment the room into three separate spaces, and a youth loft with exposed wood ceilings.  The new building features a 60 ft tall bell tower and a veranda with a large stone fire pit.  The project included replacing / reconfiguring the entire parking lot and new landscaping with an enlarged playground area completed in 2021 for $2.1 million.
