The building was originally constructed in the 1940’s as the Canada Dry bottling plant and was acquired by the City who converted it into a 28,000-sf event center that was completed in 2019.  It features cedar wall paneling at two of the facility’s three bars, a concert pit in front of the stage, and back of house amenities for performers.
